End of summer season brings us to the best time of year, fall and we start thinking winter CSA shares. Don't miss out on bringing home freshly harvested, organic produce through the holidays Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Crops that we grow on our farm during this time include Sweet potatoes, Japanese Sweet potatoes (purple), green kale, red kale, lacinato kale, collards, cabbage, red cabbage, tatsoi, turnip greens, turnips, various types of lettuce. Also, some of our best selling veggies we have planted to include in our winter CSA are brussel sprouts, carrots, brocolli, and cauliflower.
The Winter CSA is a bi-weekly pickup, for a total of 4 pickups starting the first week of November and ending in third week of December.
NOTE: The winter share pickups are limited to the following locations:
East Nashville, Farm, Franklin Farmers Market, and Richland Park Farmers Market.
The pickup dates for Wednesday Shares: East Nashville and Farm are November 8th and 22nd, December 6th and 20th.
The Pickup dates for the Saturday shares: Franklin and West End Farmers Market are November 4th and 18th, December 2nd and 16th.
